Anime has been around as a medium for a long time now, and over the decades and decades of content, as with all things, stories get adapted, retold, re-imagined, and sometimes screwed up. When a show gets a remake though, especially for anime, there is a chance for salvation. Let’s take a look through the ages from the 60s to today where anime has gone through so many changes and see what really makes a remake.
